A design for a library in Upper Hutt, New Zealand.
The project explores how the library will evolve when books are no longer needed. In the new library, questions are checked out permanently, making the user a guardian of the question. The user then returns with the answer, which is uploaded into the internet, accessible throughout the neighborhood.
